Antenatal Clinics
These clinics are pre-bookable appointments only.
Cannock Road Medical Practice runs on a Wednesday from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
Essington Medical Centre runs on a Tuesday from 9.00am – 12.00pm.
Please note you can only attend the surgery in which you have registered at.
Baby Clinics
Cannock Road Medical Practice does not hold a baby clinic. For more information as to where to attend please contact the Health Visitors on 01902 444676.
Essington Medical Centre’s Baby clinics run every first Wednesday of the month from 2.00pm – 3.00pm. No appointment is necessary for this service. This is for patients who are registered at Essington Medical Practice.
Non-NHS Services
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates and private prescriptions. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, can be requested at reception.
